has anyone tried Animal Pak by Universal Nutrition? Im thinking about trying it... those of you that have taken it, what results did you notice? Protein powder isn't want gets you big and ripped. It is a supplement that has calories. The reason you are collecting fat is that with the new supplement you are creating a surplus of calories for yourself, you are not burning them all off. It may be pure protein, but all your body knows is that your calorie intake is too high.
Your solution is to keep your total calories below 2000/day including the protein powder and keep lifting. You will start to see yourself harden the way you want it.

I have been working out for 6 years with great results. First 3 years was without any supplements. Last 3 years have taken supplements, increased Protein intake, up Calories and lived in the gym.
To date the best results with any supplement the Universal Nutrition - Animal Paks like the ones above have stomped all over the others.
Any body agree or disagree? Buenit replied: "I've tried several NO pre-work out supplements over the last year and while I liked all of them, I can't say enough about the USP Labs Jack3d. I've taken Shock Therapy, Super Pump 250, and Universal Animal Pump and the Jack3d gave me energy and pumps beyond any of those. Don't get me wrong I didn't dislike the other supplements (the Animal Pump and Shock Therapy were very effective) but none stack up to the Jack3d. If you do take it follow the instructions carefully, I'm a pretty big guy and have a high tolerance to stimulants and the first time I took it the two scoops almost felt like it was too much, I probably should have taken the 1 1/2 as suggested. It is seriously potetent, they are not exaggerating in the instructions!

You'll do your body more harm than good. do it the good old fashion way..exercise and diet."
dog guy replied: "Actually, you will not get fat and lose all your gains if you quit those products. But you do need to use them correctly. First the cell mass is basically worthless. You will gain water weight and look puffy. I would return that one. And the fat burner may also be questionable. Since the ephedra ban nothing has really proven effective. The animal pack is good. It is a good source of vitamins and minerals that you will need when bodybuilding. Take the xplode right befor your workout and it will help you sustain long hard workouts. Take the protien within a half hour after your work out and have a glass right before bed.
Although these will help, you must work out at a very high level of intensity and be on a solid work out plan if you want to maximize results" |
